Welcome to The Pawn Shop Loft, a truly unique, exclusive, second-level private event space in downtown Vancouver that embodies sophistication and adaptability. Nestled on Granville Street, this space offers a distinct ambiance, perfect for a wide array of functions.

An impressive 18ft full-service bar anchors the room; talented bartenders craft expert beverages for your guests. Our inclusive atmosphere is paramount: three gender-neutral accessible washrooms and a no-dress-code policy ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome.
Capacity and Customization
- This versatile space comfortably accommodates groups ranging from 20 to 75 people.
- Seated Dinners: We host up to 30 guests with our included furniture. Otherwise, expand capacity to 42 people with additional rentals.
- Cocktail Receptions: Overall, the space is perfect for up to 75 standing guests.

The Hideaway offers a truly cozy and intimate setting, serving as a perfect urban escape. Multiple heaters equip this covered patio, ensuring your event remains warm and comfortable regardless of Vancouver’s unpredictable weather. Beautiful fiesta decor adorns the space, making it incredibly photogenic. Similarly, The Hideaway maintains our inclusive ethos with gender-neutral accessible washrooms and a no-dress-code policy.

Designed for more intimate gatherings, The Hideaway comfortably hosts up to 40 people for a cocktail-style event. Therefore, its private and enclosed environment ensures a cozy atmosphere for mingling.

Note on Ordering: Please pre-order all canapé and food orders one week prior to your event.
Outside Food Policy: You can bring in a celebration cake (we charge a $50 cake-cutting fee). However, if you bring other outside food and require kitchen us, an additional fee will apply to the rental.
